Privacy policy

Information you give us when you ask to join early access:

• Your name and work email address.
• Your phone number and the name of your clinic or organization, if you choose to add them.
• Your answers to the short questionnaire about how prior authorization runs at your program, and anything you write in the notes field.

Information collected automatically when you visit:

• Usage data through Google Analytics: the pages you view, how you arrived, the type of device and browser you use, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, request time and the page requested.

• To reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your program.
• To set up and support an early-access account if we agree to work together.
• To send you updates about early access and the product. Every email includes a way to stop receiving them.
• To understand which parts of the website are used and to improve it.
• To keep the website secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers that run parts of the website and our communications for us, such as hosting, email delivery and analytics. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users or ourselves.
• A successor organization if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We would tell you before your information became subject to a different policy.

We use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used. It stores cookies in your browser and reports aggregated usage to Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting data on any site.

The website does not run advertising cookies and does not respond to targeted advertising networks.

We keep early-access contact details and questionnaire answers while we are in contact with you about early access, and for no longer than two years after our last contact unless we need them to meet a legal obligation. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Information sent through the website travels over encrypted connections. Access to the information you give us is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to contact@roosterbeacon.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you want to stop receiving email from us, use the link in any message or write to the same address.

If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and the right not to be treated differently for exercising your rights. We honor those rights for everyone who contacts us.

This website is for healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
